The community itself is beautiful, wonderfully located, with many amenities available that would be nearly impossible to find all in one package, even with so many new luxury apartments going up in this area.

I have been living in this apt for a few months. Tiffany and Averie of the staff team are very friendly and helpful in the application process and during the entire period I stay here.

The Rigsbee is a beautiful community in a great location in Durham.
